At Perfume Network India, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is seamless; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure all returned products are unopened and in their original luxury packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, our quality assurance team will review the provided evidence to ensure the product remains in its original, untampered condition.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and outer shipping carton to prevent any leakage or breakage during the return transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
